Packaging

1 box (24"x12"x12")(20-50 lbs.) can pack:

up to 4 large koi (12"-17")
          or
up to 50 small koi ("4-8")
          or
a mixed combination of each per box.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are not included in the price of our products.  We don't charge Handling Fees, and only offer Real Cost Shipping Charges, whatever they may be to the perspective destinations.  Shipping charges may vary from city to city.  Your live order(s) is packed in double heavy-duty bags pumped with oxygen.

• Unconditional guarantee to customer satisfaction within 48 hours notification upon arrival.

• We offer next day overnight shipping via UPS or Airborne Express
